I am a sucker for easy recipes and this surely was. I already had the Powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cream cheese at home. Mix 8 oz. cream cheese softened 3 tbsp powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract together. Wash and prep you strawberries by cutting the top off and clean the inside out. Also cut the little tip from the bottom so they can stand on their own. I ended up eating those little pieces I cut off. If you don’t have a piping bag don’t worry, neither did I. Just put the mix in a zip lock bag and cut of the tip off one of the sides and you fill the strawberry! You can decorate it how you like. I used graham crumbs. When I went to the store to buy the strawberries I couldn’t find graham crackers so I used teddy grahams. I’ve seen pics of these with whipped cream and chocolate on top. Once again just be creative 🙂
